Orders placed before 6pm to be delivered Next Day Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays) with DPD - tracking details provided. Please order before 6pm to be guaranteed next working day delivery.

Same Day Evening Delivery - £13
For smaller items (tabletop, textiles and accessories) we offer a same day evening delivery for delivery to London postcodes. Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be delivered between 5pm and 10pm the same day with CitySprint- tracking details provided. This service is available for delivery to the following postcodes only:
W1 -W14; WC1,WC2; E1 - E19; EC1 - EC4; NW1 - NW11; N1 - N22; SE1 - SE28; SW1 - SW20; CR0 - CR9; SM1 - SM7; RM1 - RM20; IG1 - IG11; BR1 - BR8; DA1 - DA18.

Larger Item Delivery - £39.95
Our delivery partners DHD will be in touch within a few days of you placing your order to arrange a delivery date that’s convenient for you. DHD will endeavour to deliver to room of choice (subject to access requirements) and take away packaging.

Weekend Delivery
Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. We cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered on a Saturday.

If your order includes a combination of large items (furniture, upholstery, rugs, floor lamps, chandeliers and vintage) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience. Smaller items will be sent immediately while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you. You will only be charged once for delivery.

Larger Item Delivery- £65
All larger textiles, some small/mid-sized furniture and accessories are available to be delivered by DHL - tracking details provided.

Heavy Item Delivery- £550
All large furniture pieces (Sofas, Beds, Tables etc.) Our delivery partners The British Shop will be in touch within a few days of you placing your order to arrange a delivery date that’s convenient for you. The British Shop will endeavour to deliver to room of choice (subject to access requirements) and take away packaging

International Delivery

Returns

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your goods, contact our Customer Care team within 28 days of receipt and we will help you in every way possible. Any unwanted item, unless faulty, must be returned, undamaged and unused, in a re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels.
