Care Instructions: Allday Goods knives are crafted by a fourth generation family knife maker in Sheffield, UK - the historic capital of stainless steel and the heart of the cutlery industry. As a result, the steel is not prone to rusting so the blades are hard wearing. However, after use you should dry the blade and we recommend hanging it on a magnetic rack or leaving it in your box. The handles of the knives are made out of waste plastic that would otherwise be sent to landfill. We recommend that you do not put your knife in the dishwasher as this could loosen the attachment of the handle to the blade.

Delivery
If your order includes a combination of large items (such as furniture, rugs, floor lamps and chandeliers) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience.
Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.
Made-to-order and preorder items will ship as soon as they are available.
Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order or preordered item may change.
Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.
Returns

For our stocked pieces, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
Made-to-order and monogrammed items are non-returnable.
Please note, items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online.
