This set was curated by Soho House Master Sommelier Vincent Gasnier to showcase three exciting wines from less well known regions that he has introduced to the Houses.

Grillo, Feudo Arancio, Sicily, Italy: This wine has tropical notes of mango and papaya that combine beautifully with hints of jasmine and acacia flowers. Refreshing, yet wonderfully textured, it offers an elegance rarely seen in this variety.

Shiraz Viognier, Hangin' Snakes, Langmeil, Barossa, Australia: It is full-bodied with plum and mulberry fruit of Shiraz lifted by the delicate apricot and floral notes of Viognier. The palate is rich and spicy with an elegant long finish.

Chateau Perron, Lalande de Gravet, Bordeaux, France: Supple and fleshy, with the generous plum/berry fruit of the appellation's Merlot, the wine is lifted by a seam of mineral elegance and some fresh currant notes from the Cabernets.
