Ingredients (makes 5 portions)
500g Organic Tofu
2 tbs turmeric powder
2 tbs curry powder
5 beef tomatoes chopped into small pieces
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp dried chilli flakes
To prepare the tofu mix together with the curry powder and turmeric and fry lightly in a pan with olive oil until it's heated through and a golden colour.
To make the sauce chop the beef steak tomatoes into small pieces, then cook with garlic and chilli in olive oil until they are softened.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve on your favourite bread, toasted.
