45ml / 1½fl oz Avua Amburana Cachaca
15ml / ½fl oz Chinola Passion fruit
25ml / ¾fl oz House made “Beach Schrub” (Strawberry, Papaya and Pineapple)
6 drops House made Cilantro tincture
This cocktail is made by adding all ingredients to a highball glass then adding half crushed ice and swizzle. Next, we cap off the glass with more crushed ice. The final touch is to add a metal straw and 1/4 passion fruit as garnish and serve.
