Rick Nani, Bars Manager at Soho Beach House, Miami said, ‘This cocktail is called Wonder Years. It has been one of our best sellers thus far!’

Ingredients:
45ml / 1½fl oz Avua Amburana Cachaca
15ml / ½fl oz Chinola Passion fruit
25ml / ¾fl oz House made “Beach Schrub” (Strawberry, Papaya and Pineapple)
6 drops House made Cilantro tincture

Method:
This cocktail is made by adding all ingredients to a highball glass then adding half crushed ice and swizzle. Next, we cap off the glass with more crushed ice. The final touch is to add a metal straw and 1/4 passion fruit as garnish and serve.

Soho House New York

New York Bars Manager Ben Fitzgerald shared his recipe for the Yuzu Americano, which is served at Soho House New York.

Ingredients:
25ml / ¾fl ozMartini & Rossi Rubino
25ml / ¾fl ozCapelletti Apertivo
35ml / 1 ¼ kimino yuzu sparkling

Dehydrated lemon:
Thinly slice lemons and place in dehydrator for 8 hours
Remove and store in a dry place

Method:
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass, add a large rock of ice (2 inch cube). Stir to mix, garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and sage sprig.

Soho House Chicago

They love a Martini at The Allis at Soho House Chicago. You can have a ‘Perfect’ Martini, a Vesper Martini (though unlike 007 they prefer to stir the cocktail so as to not dilute the drink) or, as Public Restaurants Bar Manager, Jorge Vallejo shares here, the Allis Dirty Martini.

Ingredients:
65ml / 2¼fl oz Koval Gin
10ml / ¼ fl oz Del Professore Bianco
25ml / ¾fl oz House Brine
Garnish: 3 Castelvetrano Olives
Glass: Coupe
Ice: N/A

House Brine recipe:
1.5 tablespoon of Rare Tea Cellar Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
30ml / 1fl oz Apple Cider vinegar (Sparrow) lane
3 sage leaves and 1 rosemary sprig 2 lemon peels
2 thin slices of roasted red and yellow bell pepper
Let marinate for three months

Method:
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir until desired dilution and temperature is reached. Strain into an ice cold coupe.

Our House Bloody Mary

We serve our House Bloody Mary in all our Houses, from Miami to Malibu, Babington to Berlin. If you like yours extra spicy, try adding some horseradish for an added kick.

Ingredients:
50ml/ 1¾fl oz Grey Goose vodka
100ml / 3½fl oz tomato juice
25ml / 5 teaspoons House Spiced Mix (see below)
20ml / 4 teaspoons lemon juice

To serve:
1 stick celery, trimmed
2 green olives
Lemon wedge
Freshly ground black pepper

Spiced Mix (makes 6)
140ml / 4¾ fl oz Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Tabasco
2 pinches ground pepper
2 pinches sea salt

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice, rolling back and forth three times. Strain into a highball glass with ice and garnish with a trimmed celery stalk, two green olives, a lemon wedge and ground black pepper.
