‘I’ve been working with Soho House for 18 years. One of the things that makes us different is the fact that we champion what’s new and exciting in the world of wine.’ Soho House master sommelier Vincent Gasnier

Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Rhône, France

‘I curated the Master Sommelier Wine Selection selection to showcase some boutique gems – creative wines I discovered in innovative vineyards around the world – alongside a timeless classic. This organic Châteauneuf-du-Pape is delicious because it’s round and velvety. It’s got depth but still a lot of freshness, so it can go very well with turkey, lamb or beef.’

Champagne Testulat Carte d’Or, Brut Blanc de Noirs

‘We have selected some really delicious sparkling wines which are fresh, light and crisp – perfect to open your taste buds pre-party. This is probably one of the easiest champagnes to drink because the bubbles are very subtle. It’s fresh and light thanks to the Pinot Noir, while the Pinot Meunier brings a lovely fruitiness.’

Chablis La Boissonneuse, Julien Brocard, Préhy, France

'Organic wine is a hot topic at the moment – it’s made with no sulphur, meaning the wine is healthier and often offers more of the authentic character of its origin, soil and climate. This is an outstanding Chablis that we serve in the Houses and it’s one of the most popular wines on the list. It’s juicy, fresh and crisp, with flavours of pineapple and white peach.’

Corbec, Appassimento, Masi, Tupungato, Argentina

‘A combination of a Corvina – from one of the most famous Italian houses – with an Argentinian Malbec, this Corbec is fruity with delicious flavours of chocolate and spiced liquorice.’
