We aim to have your Black Friday order shipped and delivered within the shipping times below, however please expect a slight delay due to the increased volume of orders received over this period. Last order dates for guaranteed delivery for Christmas

Small Items: order by December 13
For blankets, throws, cushions, rugs and other small textiles, accessories and tableware the last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 13th December. Please note this does not include large rugs.

Large Items: order by December 7
For furniture, upholstery, large rugs and chandeliers the last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is December 7. You will be contacted directly by our delivery partner to arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you.
Please note Made To Order items will have longer delivery times and will not be delivered in time for Christmas.

Due to warehouse closures no deliveries will be made on December 25, 26 and January 1.

Shipping Charges

US Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping- $35
All textiles (excluding large rugs), tableware and accessories are usually delivered within 5 -7 business days by DHL Express - tracking details provided. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii please allow up to 10 business days.

Larger Item Shipping - $75 - $150
Larger or more delicate items such as mirrors, floor cushions and lights are usually delivered within 5 -7 business days by DHL Express - tracking details provided. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii please allow up to 10 business days.

Heavy Shipping - $550
Armchairs, ottomans, coffee tables or other smaller furniture items are shipped by our partner SEKO US. SEKO US will be in touch within a few days of you placing your order to arrange a delivery date that’s convenient for you. SEKO US will endeavour to deliver to room of choice (subject to access requirements) and take away packaging.

International Heavy & Oversized Shipping - $POA
All large furniture pieces’ sofas, beds, large rugs, tables and chandeliers will require a bespoke quote to be supplied for shipment, please contact Customer Care to discuss costs and to place your order directly. Our delivery partners SEKO US will be in touch within a few days of you placing your order to arrange a delivery date that’s convenient for you. SEKO US will endeavour to ship to room of choice (subject to access requirements) and take away packaging.

If your order includes a combination of large items (furniture, upholstery, rugs, floor lamps, chandeliers and vintage) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience. Smaller items will be sent immediately while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you. You will only be charged once for shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

International Shipping
Soho Home US currently ships to the USA only. If you wish to make an international order to Canada or any other international country we would be happy to discuss options with you. Get in touch by completing this form or contact Customer Care.

Shipments to outside of the US may be liable for import duty and/or local taxes for which you will be responsible for paying prior to or at the time of shipping. Soho Home takes no responsibility for additional costs or delays that may be incurred by customs at the arrival of your order to your destination country.

Duties and Taxes

For shipments to the United States of America, Soho Home will handle any customs and duty payments on your behalf. If you are ordering for delivery to anywhere else in the world outside of the US, your order may be liable for import duty and/or local taxes for which you will be responsible for paying prior to or at the time of delivery.

Parcels that are rejected by the customer due to customs charges and are returned to us will be liable for a returns charge that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Shipping Partners

Couriers

We have chosen to partner with a number of different couriers and the most appropriate will be used depending on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. You will be provided with tracking details and a URL to follow so that you can monitor your order's progress.

Outbound calls related to orders will usually take place between 9am and 5pm BST/GMT, please provide the best contact number for us to reach you on.

Returns

We do not currently offer free returns service however if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your goods, contact our Customer Care team within 28 days of receipt and we will help you in every way possible. Any unwanted item, unless faulty, must be returned, undamaged and unused, in a re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels.

Please note that items purchased from Soho House Sites cannot be returned online.
