US Shipping Charges

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the individual item. Your shipping options will be determined based on the contents of your basket and shown to you in checkout.
If your order includes a combination of large items (furniture, upholstery, rugs, floor lamps, chandeliers) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience. Smaller items will be sent immediately while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you. You will only be charged once for shipment.

Please be aware that artwork is only available on standard shipping. All products will be dispatched within 3-5 days, please allow up to 10 days for your item(s) to be delivered.

Shipping Restrictions

International Shipping Outside USA

Soho Home US currently ships to the USA only. If you wish to make an international order to Canada or any other international country we would be happy to discuss options with you. Get in touch by contacting Customer Care.

Shipments to outside of the US may be liable for import duty and/or local taxes for which you will be responsible for paying prior to or at the time of shipping. Soho Home takes no responsibility for additional costs or delays that may be incurred by customs at the arrival of your order to your destination country.

Duties and Taxes

For shipments to the United States of America, Soho Home will handle any customs and duty payments on your behalf. If you are ordering for delivery to anywhere else in the world outside of the US, your order may be liable for import duty and/or local taxes for which you will be responsible for paying prior to or at the time of delivery.

Parcels that are rejected by the customer due to customs charges and are returned to us will be liable for a returns charge that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Shipping Partners

Couriers

We have chosen to partner with a number of different couriers and the most appropriate will be used depending on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. You will be provided with tracking details and a URL to follow so that you can monitor your order's progress.

Outbound calls related to orders will usually take place between 9am and 5pm BST/GMT, please provide the best contact number for us to reach you on.

Warehouses

We have warehouses in the US and the UK and some items in your order may be fulfilled from our UK warehouse. This means you may receive multiple shipments that arrive at different times. Items coming from the UK may take longer to arrive in the US.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any purchased item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund within 28 days of delivery.

Returning Large Items (e.g. furniture, upholstery, large rugs, chandeliers)

To inform us that you wish return your order please contact our Customer care team toll-free on +1-8884333218 to organize the correct return method and collection for your items.

Returning Small Items

Just follow these steps to return your item.
1. Ensure that you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
2. Write the Return Code on your Order Delivery Note and place it in the box. Return codes can be found at the bottom of your delivery note.
3. Attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order to the front of your box.
4. To organize a collection: Call UPS on 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).
5. Alternatively, you can drop your package at any UPS store or drop off point.

We are unable to offer exchanges on any purchases. If you wish to change your item(s) you will need to return your order for a refund and a new order will be raised.

Please note that items purchased from Soho House Sites cannot be returned online.

Personalized/monogrammed items are non-returnable.
