Care Instructions: Vacuum your rug on a low-power setting and avoid using the brush. Remove liquid spills immediately by blotting with a clean, un-dyed cloth. Professional rug cleaning is recommended for hard-to-remove stains. Avoid exposing your rug to direct or continuous sunlight. Use with rug underlay and with rug protectors under legs of heavy furniture. Do not pull loose ends, cut them with scissors and tuck them back into the rug's weave to prevent fraying. Turn your rug around occasionally to equalise wear.

Delivery
If your order includes a combination of large items (such as furniture, rugs, floor lamps and chandeliers) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience.
Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.
Made-to-order and preorder items will ship as soon as they are available.
Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order or preordered item may change.
Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.
Returns

For our stocked pieces, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
Made-to-order and monogrammed items are non-returnable.
Please note, items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online.
