COVID-19 update

We are pleased to advise that our UK shipping partners can now resume part of our unpacking and packaging removal services on large item deliveries. Our team will also be able to help with smaller assembly tasks (no tools needed), such as attaching legs to sofas and armchairs, and tops to tables.

We're also taking additional precautions by removing all 'signed for' deliveries; all our small item deliveries are now 'contactless', safeguarding both drivers and customers.

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, dispatch dates on our made-to-order and preorder products may be delayed beyond the date that we specified on the website at the time of purchase.

Our manufacturers and logistics partners are complying with COVID-19 health and safety guidelines to protect their staff and workplaces. These measures have led to a significant reduction in the size of working teams, ultimately delaying delivery into our warehouses and to our customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but please be assured that we are working hard to get orders out as soon as possible. We will be in touch via email if your order has been affected.

Delivery

UK shipping charges

Your delivery options will be determined by the contents of your basket and shown to you at checkout.

For delivery within the UK mainland, we offer the following options.

Small item delivery

Available on all smaller items: floor lights, footstools, textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories.

UK Standard Delivery: £6.95, free on orders over £100
Orders are dispatched on a two day service with our delivery partner DPD, delivered Monday to Friday.*

UK Next Day Delivery: £9.95, this service is currently unavailable
Orders placed before 5pm, Monday to Thursday, will be delivered the following day by DPD. Orders placed after 5pm, Thursday until 5pm, Monday will be delivered the following Tuesday.*

*Excluding bank holidays, which may affect the dispatch and delivery of your order by up to two working days. Please see your tracking information for your estimated delivery date.

Please note: Next Day Delivery may not be available during sale or promotional periods.

Leaf Envy delivery

UK Mainland standard delivery: £6.95

Your order will be dispatched within two working days from Leaf Envy via DPD - tracking is provided.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. Please allow up to five working days for your order to arrive.

Artwork delivery

UK Standard Delivery: £30

Your artwork will be dispatched within three to five working days from our gallery partner via UPS - tracking is provided.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be delivered.

Furniture and large item delivery

Available on all furniture items, large lighting, mirrors and rugs.

UK Standard Large Item Delivery: £39.95, White Glove Service

Our delivery partner will reach out to you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date once your order is ready for dispatch.

You can expect to receive your order within three to four weeks.

Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.

Our delivery partner will endeavour to deliver to your room of choice (subject to access requirements) and remove the packaging.

If your order contains both small and furniture items, they will be delivered separately and you will be contacted to arrange your furniture delivery as above.

For delivery outside of the UK mainland to areas such as Jersey, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, we offer the following options:

Small item delivery

Available on all smaller items: floor lights, footstools, textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories.

Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery, Small Items: £19.95
Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery, Medium Items: £49.95

Your order will be dispatched from our UK distribution centre with our delivery partner, DHL. You can expect to receive your order within five to 10 working days.* Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 9am and 6pm (local time).

Artwork delivery

Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery: £30

Your artwork will be dispatched within three to five working days from our gallery partner via UPS, tracking provided.

Furniture and large item delivery

Available on all furniture items, large lighting, mirrors and rugs.

Highlands & Islands Standard Large Item Delivery: £600

Orders in excess of 150kg will require a bespoke quote.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery partner, The British Shop, will reach out to you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date.

You can expect to receive your order within six weeks.

Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.

Delivery will be made to the nearest covered part of your residence and assembly will not be included. Please note, your order will arrive boxed and will not be subject to the removal of packaging.

If your order contains both small and furniture items, they will be delivered separately and you will be contacted to arrange your furniture delivery as above.

European shipping rates

Customers placing orders for delivery to EU destinations will be the importer of record in the EU country of destination. By placing orders for EU delivery Customers agree that Soho Home will pay all applicable import taxes and duties prior to the delivery of goods on behalf of the customer. There will be no further payable amount owed by the customer once the order is placed.

If you are a business customer outside the UK and need further tax relevant information for your order please don't hesitate to contact our Soho Support team.

We currently only deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Small item delivery

Artwork delivery

Your artwork will be dispatched within three to five working days from our gallery partner via FedEx, tracking provided.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your item(s) to be delivered.

Furniture and large item delivery

Available on all furniture items, large lighting, mirrors and rugs.

Western Europe

Regions including Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg and The Netherlands:

EU Standard Large Item Delivery (up to 50kgs): £600

EU Standard Extra Large Item Delivery (up to 100kgs): £650

EU Standard Heavy Item Delivery (up to 150kgs): £1,000

Eastern, Northern & Southern Europe

International shipping

We can offer shipping for small items (under 3kg) to the below countries:

Switzerland standard delivery: £45

Canada standard delivery: £50

Australia standard delivery: £65

Orders in excess of 3kg will require a bespoke shipping quote.

Your order will be dispatched from our UK distribution centre with our delivery partner, DHL. You can expect to receive your order within five to 10 working days.*

Bespoke shipping

If your country is not listed under our European or international shipping rates or your order exceeds the maximum weight limit, we may still be able to ship to you.

Once you have added your items to the basket and entered your details at the checkout, you will be prompted to 'Get quote'.

Our Soho Support team team will then obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you based on the contents of your basket and your delivery address.

Once your quote has been done, you'll receive a notification that your order is ready to be completed; please allow up to seven working days for the quote to be provided.

Please note: submitting an order for a quote will not hold or guarantee the items in your basket.

Tax and duties

Please note that we ship all international orders outside of the EU on a 'Delivered At Place' (DAP) basis.

Your order may be subject to charges or fees imposed by your local customs authority. Payment of these will be necessary to release your items from customs on arrival. Please note: we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or offer a refund for them.

Delivery restrictions

Orders to the US

For orders to the US, click here to be taken to our US site. If you wish to purchase any of our beauty products internationally, please visit Cowshed for UK and international delivery, and Cowshed US if delivering to the US or Canada.

BFPO and PO Boxes

We are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses or PO Boxes. Any orders to these addresses will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Highlands and Islands

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and carrier availability may restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

Tracking an order

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email - within this will be your Soho Home tracking number.

If you are unable to track your order using the information provided in your dispatch confirmation, or you do not receive this email within 10 working days, please get in touch with our Soho Support team.

For large item orders shipped with Ash Logistics or The British Shop, you will not receive a tracking number. Our logistics partners will reach out to you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date once your order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery preferences

For small item orders shipped within the UK, DPD will not require a signature for delivery and may leave your parcel in a safe place if deemed appropriate.

Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to amend your delivery preferences with DPD directly, either online or via the MyDPD app.

For small item orders shipped outside of the UK, DHL will require a signature for delivery.

Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to amend your delivery preferences with DHL online.

For large item orders, shipped with Ash or The British Shop, our logistics partners will reach out to you directly to schedule a convenient delivery slot once your order is ready for dispatch.

If you need to amend your delivery date, we encourage you to contact the courier directly, as they will be able to provide you with information on the next available delivery slots.

Exclusions

Once you enter your shipping address at the checkout, we will present delivery options based on your location.

For our UK customers based in remote locations, we're currently only able to offer a Standard Delivery service. For more information about our delivery service in Scotland, click here.

UK Next Day Delivery may not be available during sale or promotional periods.

Our packaging

Your order will be sent in a Soho Home branded box, the size of which is determined by the quantiity of products ordered. Please note: for large orders, the contents may be split across multiple boxes.

We are committed to working towards the use of recyclable packaging for all our orders.

Returns

Our returns policy

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. All returns must be packed with the original dispatch note. If your order is missing paperwork, or was packed into more than one box and you would like to return your whole order, please contact our Soho Support team. Please note, we're unable to process exchanges.

You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund.

Please note: if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly.

Leaf Envy return policy

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns outside of damages.

If you are looking to return your pot, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our Soho Support team with your order number and let us know you're returning the item. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item.

If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please contact our Soho Support team and include your order number, and a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible. If your damaged plant or pot is no longer in stock, we will refund you or offer an alternative.

How to return

For all returns, please complete the return code column on your dispatch note and include it inside your parcel. The goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging, so take care to ensure you have securely packaged your return.

Small and medium items
We include a DPD free returns label inside all our UK mainland orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any DPD Drop Off Point.

For our customers outside of the UK, we do not offer a free returns service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.

Please note that Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.

Large and furniture items
Goods must be in their original packaging (including labels, and unassembled) and in adherance with our return policy.

For our UK mainland customers, we can assist with organising your return with our logistics partner, Ash. This service is charged at £39.95 and will be deducted from your overall refund amount.

Please contact our Soho Support team with your order number and reason for return, and we can help arrange your collection.

For our customers outside of the UK mainland, we do not offer a collection service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.

Receiving your refund

We aim to process your return within seven working days of receipt into our warehouse. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund completed. Your refund will be made via your original method of payment. We advise that it may take five to 10 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account. Please note: returns are not processed over the weekend or bank holidays.

Exclusions

We are unable to offer exchanges on any purchases. If you wish to change your item(s), you will need to return your order for a refund and a new order will be raised.

Made-to-Order and personalised/ monogrammed items are non-returnable.

Please note: items purchased from Soho Home at Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire cannot be returned online. Returns in person will not be accepted at our warehouses.

Faulty return

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, or have any feedback or concerns, please contact our Soho Suppport team directly.

Where possible, please also take clear photos to reflect the issue, so that we can resolve your query as efficiently as possible.

Cancelling or amending an order

We cannot take further payment for additional items, or issue refunds for detractions once your order has been placed. As such, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.

There is a very limited window where we may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Soho Support team right away.

For our UK and EU customers, please note that your statutory right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is not affected.

For made-to-order items, you may cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing your order. After this, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the original order value.
