Large item delivery information

Your shipping charges include delivery up to and including the third floor*, providing there are stairs (wide enough to accommodate delivery) or an internal lift. If your property is on the fourth floor or above and there is no internal lift or, if you require an external lift for any floor and a lift permit, additional charges will apply. Please notify Jan Krediet's delivery partners of any access requirements when you are booking in your delivery slot - we will then send you a payment link for the surcharge, or provide you with a kerbside delivery quote. If access restrictions are not communicated prior to your delivery date, it may result in a failed delivery attempt.

Jan Krediet's delivery partners require 48 hours' notice to amend your scheduled delivery date. If you are not available on your pre-booked date, or if your item(s) cannot be delivered due to access requirements that were not raised during the booking process, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. We will notify you of any re-delivery fees and provide you with a payment link via email. Once paid, your delivery can be re-booked.

*Please note, for Switzerland and Greece delivery is up to the second floor only

Order storage

Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.

EU Shipping

If your order contains both small and furniture items, they will be delivered separately and you will receive a dispatch confirmation with further information regarding your delivery for each shipment. Any preorder and made-to-order products will be dispatched in line with the timings shown in your order confirmation.

Available on all smaller items: footstools, textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories.

*Please note, that if your order contains an item with a packaged weight over 90kgs, it will automatically fall into the higher shipping cost bracket as your delivery will require an additional team to deliver it safely.

Orders to remote or offshore locations in Europe may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the original delivery cost. We recommend that you contact our Soho Support team so we can identify your delivery needs prior to placing your order.

White glove delivery

Let us take the hassle out of your furniture order from start to finish. Once your items are ready for delivery, our trusted delivery partners will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you. They will then deliver, unpack, and assemble your items (excluding lighting) in the room of your choice. You will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery form to confirm that you have received your item(s) as expected.

Bespoke Quotes

For orders in excess of 235kg you will require a bespoke shipping quote.

Once you have added your chosen item(s) to the basket and entered your details at the checkout, you will be prompted to 'Get quote'.

Our Soho Support team will obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you based on the contents of your basket and your delivery address.

When your quote is ready, you'll receive a notification that your order can be completed.

Please note, submitting a quote will not hold or guarantee the items in your basket so recommend that you completely payment swiftly.
