If your order contains both small and furniture items, they will be delivered separately and you will receive a dispatch confirmation with further information regarding your delivery for each shipment.

Any preorder and made-to-order products will be dispatched in line with the timings shown in your order confirmation.

Small items

Available on all smaller items: floor lights, footstools, textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories.

Members get free delivery on all small item deliveries, excluding third-party.

Large items

Available on all furniture items, large lighting, mirrors and rugs.

We remain committed to delivering your pieces safely, and with the attention to detail that you expect from us.

Let us take the hassle out of your furniture order from start to finish; once your items are ready for delivery, our trusted delivery partners will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you. They will then deliver, unpack and assemble your items (excluding lighting) in the room of your choice. Please note, you will be requested by our delivery partner, Wincanton to sign a damage waiver form. This is a legal requirement which you must sign in order for your delivery to proceed.

For delivery to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, you'll be able to pay in local currency, and your payment will be processed by Global E.

Please note that orders to remote or offshore locations in Europe may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the original delivery cost. We recommend that you contact our Soho Support team so we can identify your delivery needs prior to placing your order.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery partner, The British Shop, will reach out to you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date.

Delivery is kerbside and will be made to the nearest covered part of your residence and assembly will not be included. Please note, your order will arrive boxed and will not be subject to the removal of packaging.

For the following countries, shipping will be via DHL or The British Shop, and the shipping price will be based on location and weight.

Your third-party product will be dispatched to you directly from the supplier.

Rise Art

Items shipped internationally by Rise Art are shipped DAP, meaning the receiver is responsible for paying any customs or import fees due.

These fees are set by the artwork's destination country, and vary from country to country. They will be raised once the artwork is in transit to its destination, and need to be paid additionally to the shipping fee paid at checkout, directly to the destination country's customs office.

The Rise Art team is on hand to support customers with customs clearance, ensuring smooth transit of all artwork through to delivery.

UK art imports

For any goods imported into the UK valued over £135, an import fee will be due. For artwork, this is calculated at a reduced rate of 5% of the declared artwork value. A small processing fee may also be charged by the carrier, usually around £10.

US art imports

Artwork with a value of under $2,500 can be imported into the US without any import or customs fees due. For artwork valued at $2,500 and above, a specialist brokerage fee will be charged by US customs. This is usually nominal and between $20 to $100.

Rupert Bevan delivery

UK mainland delivery prices for the Soho Mirror and the Mini Miami Cocktail Cabinet are available with a bespoke quote upon request - prices start from £540.

Your order will be dispatched in line with the lead times shown on the website and shipped directly to you via Rupert Bevan's white glove home delivery service.

The white glove service includes delivery to the room of your choice, removal of all packaging and, if you have ordered the Soho Mirror, it will be hung for you.

Once your item is ready for dispatch, you will be contacted by the Rupert Bevan team to schedule a convenient delivery time; deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Bespoke shipping

Once you have added your chosen item(s) to the basket and entered your details at the checkout, you will be prompted to 'Get quote'.

Our Soho Support team will obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you based on the contents of your basket and your delivery address.

When your quote is ready, you'll receive a notification that your order can be completed.

Please note, submitting a quote will not hold or guarantee the items in your basket. So, if you wish to purchase anything else, we recommend that you do so in a separate transaction.

Please note: we ship all international orders outside of the EU on a 'Delivered At Place' (DAP) basis.

Your order may be subject to charges or fees imposed by your local customs authority. Payment of these will be necessary to release your items from customs on arrival. Please note: we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or offer a refund for them.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.

Bespoke shipping

If your country is not listed under our European or international shipping rates or your order exceeds the maximum weight limit, we may still be able to ship to you.

Once you have added your items to the basket and entered your details at the checkout, you will be prompted to 'Get quote'.

Our Soho Support team will then obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you based on the contents of your basket and your delivery address.

Once your quote has been done, you'll receive a notification that your order is ready to be completed; please allow up to seven working days for the quote to be provided.
