- Burn your candle for 2-4 hours at a time to prevent tunnelling, and allow the wax pool to solidify completely before relighting. Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm and the wax pool free from debris to avoid smoking. Read more in our candle care guide. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and away from flammable materials, hanging objects and polished surfaces.

Orders for small items are dispatched immediately, however your delivery time will vary based on your country; deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take longer.

All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.
Returns
For small items, we include a DHL free returns label inside all our orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to your nearest drop off point.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.
Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
