Classic hand-knotted rugs

Our classic wool rugs are made to work in a variety of different interiors and locations with hardwearing and timeless appeal; meticulously hand-knotted in India, each rug takes up to six months to craft with up to 63 knots per square inch

'At Soho Farmhouse we wanted to create a timeless, lived-in look. We used patterned, vintage rugs with simple flooring in living spaces and textured rugs in bedrooms. It's all about balancing heritage with contemporary.'

Our flatwoven rugs are hardwearing and lightweight. They're ideal for filling expansive floor space, or areas with higher footfall

Focusing on the same artisanal technique as our classic rugs, this collection places emphasis on bolder patterns like geometrics to make a modern statement. Their low pile construction makes them ideal situated in either a living room or bedroom

Opt for hand-knotted over hand-tufted texture rugs in areas with a high footfall as they're less likely to shed.
