- Brass Legs: Wipe with a lint free damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Leather: Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak; dry immediately. Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner every 6-12 months to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking.

All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.
Returns
For small items, we include a DHL free returns label inside all our orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to your nearest drop off point.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.
Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
