Small items (footstools, textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories):

Large items (all furniture, large lighting, mirrors, and rugs):
We're sorry to hear this. Please contact our Support Team with your order number(s), photos showing the damage or issue, a brief description of the problem, the name of each affected item, and the quantity.
Once we have this information, our team will assist you further and work towards a solution.
