We'll send you a dispatch confirmation email one your order is on its way.For small item orders (textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories) shipped with DHL, you will receive a tracking link within your dispatch confirmation email.

For large item orders (armchairs, lighting, beds, rugs, and sofas), you will be contacted by the Jan Krediet team to schedule your delivery date after your order reaches your local delivery centre, so our contact times will vary depending on your delivery address.
