Can I return my order?
We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if you wish to return it for a refund, you may do so provided that you contact our Soho Support team within 28 days of receipt to advise of your intention to return and we can arrange a prepaid return label.
Please note: returns will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and paperwork.
