Your shipping charges include delivery up to and including the third floor*, providing there are stairs (wide enough to accommodate delivery) or an internal lift. If your property is on the fourth floor or above and there is no internal lift or, if you require an external lift for any floor and a lift permit, additional charges will apply. If you are not available on your pre-booked date, or if your item(s) cannot be delivered due to access requirements that were not raised during the booking process, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. Our return costs vary depending on the collection address and the items being returned. Our Soho Support team will be able to provide a return shipping quote for you and the cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
