The light finally starts to go down, so we go to the beach to swim and hang out on the sand
12pm: check in
We arrive at our room, put our things down and take a minute to observe the stunning views from our window, which faces out onto the Balearic sea.
1pm: House tour
Next, we walk through the whole House, taking in every detail. The art, in particular, caught our eye - especially the painted ping-pong racquets. The House entrance was also a highlight. As soon as you enter, you see this huge window that looks out onto the sea.
2pm: tapas for lunch
We couldn't wait to try the tapas, so we order some of the daily specials. We chose sardines, which were incredibly tasty, accompanied by two very Spanish tapas dishes: pimientos del padrón and jamón.
4pm: siesta
After lunch, we head back to the room for a little siesta. My sister takes a short nap in our room while I edit some photos.
6pm: sunset on the sand
By now, the light finally starts to go down, so we go to the beach to swim and hang out on the sand.
8pm: washing off the day
We take a relaxing bath in our room, and then get ready for Margaritas on the terrace.
9pm: cocktail hour
Before dinner, we sip on some Margaritas and chill out on the terrace to help us recover from the heat.
10pm: dinner
For dinner, we have octopus with potatoes, aioli and paprika, and then decide to stay out under the moonlight for a walk on the beach.
11pm: bedtime
We're tired after our day in the sun, so we hop into bed before midnight.
‘We learn how to make the one and only Spanish paella with heaps of fresh seafood. Believe it or not, it tastes even better than it looks’
8am: good morning
We wake up and take a walk along the beach to enjoy the early morning light.
9am: breakfast
For breakfast, we have the BEST pancakes and avocado toast - this is always a must at Soho House.
10am: morning swim
We have to get in one last dip before we leave, so we go back to the beach for a swim in the sea.
1pm: paella class
Little Beach House chef, Alessio Biangini, gives us a private cooking class. We learn how to make the one and only Spanish paella with heaps of fresh seafood. Believe it or not, it tastes even better than it looks.
3pm: check out
Time to say goodbye.
