- Burn your candle for 2-4 hours at a time to prevent tunnelling, and allow the wax pool to solidify completely before relighting. Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm and the wax pool free from debris to avoid smoking. Read more in our candle care guide. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and away from flammable materials, hanging objects and polished surfaces.

Delivery
Delivery from £6.95 for UK mainland, and free on orders over £250, excluding third party and sale. For Highlands and Islands, prices start at £19.95.
Orders for small items* are dispatched immediately. While we aim to have them delivered to you within two to four working days, timings may be impacted by public holidays or promotional periods.
Deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take longer; please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email for live updates.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm.
Soho House members and Soho Friends receive free mainland UK delivery on small items as part of their benefits; this excludes any items from third-party suppliers.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.
*Small items include floor and table lamps, footstools, cushions and throws, tableware, and accessories
Returns
For small items, we include a DPD free returns label inside all our UK mainland orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any DPD drop off point - you can find your nearest one here.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.
For our customers outside of the UK mainland, we do not offer a free returns service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.
Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for online orders in-store.
