Delivery
Orders for small items* are despatched immediately. While we aim to
have them delivered to you within 2-4 working days, timings may be
impacted by public holidays or promotional periods, and deliveries
to the Highlands and islands can take longer. Use the tracking
number provided in your confirmation email for live updates.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners,
Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm. We are unable to provide
dedicated delivery dates or times, but your courier will contact
you a time slot.
Soho House Members and Soho Friends receive free UK delivery on
small items as part of their benefits. Unfortunately, this excludes
products from third-party suppliers.
*Small items include floor and table lamps, footstools, cushions
and throws, tableware, and accessories.
Returns
For any small item(s)* delivered within the UK, excluding the
Highlands and islands, there is a free DPD returns label included
with your order. Attach this pre-paid label to your package, and
bring it to any DPD Drop Off Point. You can find your nearest one
here.
Your original dispatch note must be included within your return.
Please contact Soho Support if you are missing any paperwork, or
your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to
return the entire order.
We regret that we cannot offer free returns from outside of the UK,
or from the Highlands and islands. In these instances, we ask that
you return any unwanted item(s) back to us using a fully tracked
service with a reputable carrier.
Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for any lost returns
packages. Please keep hold of your proof of postage in case your
parcel is lost.
We cannot process returns for any item(s) purchased through one of
our online stockists. We ask that you contact them directly to
arrange your return.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for online orders
in-store.

When will my preordered product arrive?
We aim to have your preordered product with you no later than the last day of the month listed.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation from us once your item is ready to be shipped. Our shipping partner will also contact you directly, with further details on your delivery.
Can I get my preordered product any sooner?
We are unable to expedite the dispatch or delivery times for any preordered product.
If it is a preorder item, why is it now showing as out of stock?
The availability for our preorder products is limited. If an item is showing as 'out of stock' this means that the stock quantity has been reached. Please leave your details with us by clicking 'Notify me' and we'll contact you once your desired item is back in stock.
Will my estimated delivery date change?
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 and circumstances outside of our control, dispatch dates on our preorder products may be delayed beyond the date we specified on the website at time of purchase.
We will be in touch via email if your order is affected.
Why are your lead times so long?
Our manufacturers and logistics partners are complying with COVID-19 health and safety guidelines to protect their staff and workplaces. These measures have led to a significant reduction in the size of working teams, which ultimately results in delays in delivery into our warehouses and to our customers.
Will I be charged when I place the order or when the item is dispatched?
You will be charged for your preordered product at the time of placing your order.
