- For routine cleaning, brush off as much surface dirt as you can and wash with a mild detergent mixed with lukewarm water. Thoroughly soak using a sponge or soft bristled brush ensuring to remove all solution, then allow to air dry. If not rinsed thoroughly, this may cause defects. Avoid the use of abrasive products, solvents and high pressured cleaners.

Delivery pricing from $14.95, and free over $250 excluding third party and sale.
Orders for small items are dispatched immediately. While we aim to have them delivered to you within four to eight working days, timings may be impacted by public holidays or promotional periods; please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email for live updates.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm (businesses by 4.30pm).
Soho House members and Soho Friends receive free US delivery on small items as part of their benefits; this excludes any items from third-party suppliers.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.
Returns
For small items, we include a FedEx free returns label on the exterior packaging of all our US orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any FedEx drop off point - you can find your nearest one here.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
