How to make a Nedgroni

Our joint venture with the Sydell Group in the heart of the City of London has opened its doors, and already The Ned's House cocktail is proving to be hugely popular, with 2,300 Nedgronis consumed at the launch party alone. Dan Berger, bar manager at The Ned, explains that it's 'a lovely British twist on the Negroni using the English aperitif Kamm & Sons to give some depth and bitterness, and lifted with a touch of rose.' Served in our Barwell rocks glass, it's the perfect way to toast the longer, lighter evenings as the summer begins.

Bartender prepares drink behind the bar counter in an upscale, elegant bar with tall arched windows, glassware neatly arranged, colorful floral arrangements, and padded barstools in a well-lit setting.

Ingredients:

25ml Bombay Sapphire

20ml Martini Rubino

25ml Kamm & Sons

10ml Lanique Rose

Method:

Stir all ingredients with ice and serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
