Online return policy

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. All returns must be packed with the original dispatch note. If your order is missing paperwork, or was packed into more than one box and you would like to return your whole order, please contact our Soho Support Team. Please note, we're unable to process exchanges.

For full price items, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Please note: if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly.

Store return policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return something you may do so within 28 days with a valid receipt, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items purchased in store can only be returned to one of our retail locations and cannot be returned to our warehouse.

Small item return

For small items such as textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories,we will include a FedEx free returns label inside your parcel.

Please follow these steps to return your item:

  • Ensure that you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Write the return code on your order delivery note and place it in the box. Return codes can be found at the bottom of your delivery note.
  • Attach the pre-paid FedEx returns label provided with your order to the front of your box.
  • To schedule a pick-up no account number is required, but label information may be needed. Go to fedex.com/returnpickup or call 1800 463 3339.
  • Alternatively, you can drop off at FedEx. Find your closest location at fedex.com/locate or by calling 1800 463 3339

Please note that Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.

Furniture and large item return

We can assist with organising your return for large items such as dining tables, dressers, large lighting, beds, rugs, and sofas with our logistics partner, Ryder. This collection service is charged at $270 (members: $135) and will be deducted from your overall refund amount. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange

Please contact our Soho Support team with your order number and reason for return, and we can help arrange your collection.

Goods must be in their original packaging (including labels, and unassembled) and in adherence with our return policy.

Return FAQs

Lick x Soho House returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if you wish to return something, you may do so provided that:

  • You don't open the cellophane wrapping covering the paint tin
  • You keep the box and insulating cartons the paint came in
  • The goods are returned in their original condition
  • You contact our Soho Support team within 30 days of placing your order

We'll provide you with a free returns label and instructions on how to return once we have received confirmation of the above.

Please note, a restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your overall refund amount.
