Green, citrusy top notes of lime and bay combine with floral jasmine, oakmoss, and zesty bergamot and mandarin to create this light, fresh fragrance. Designed to refill our marble diffuser holders, this bottle provides up to 12 weeks of fragrance for your home.

- Unscrew the cap and carefully remove the cap from your diffuser bottle. Replace cap and insert the reeds. To refresh your fragrance, turn the sticks upside down and place back into the diffuser bottle, wash your hands after handling. To achieve a subtle ambience, turn reeds every few weeks, turn frequently for a more intense ambience. The larger the room the more often the reeds will need to be turned. When using your diffuser, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always ensure your diffuser is placed on a protective plate on a stable and level surface to avoid any spilling and staining on surfaces. Both the reeds and diffuser liquid should not come into contact with other materials, such as painted or polished surfaces or wallpaper and curtains as this may also cause staining.

Delivery from £6.95 for UK mainland, and free on orders over £250, excluding third party and sale. For Highlands and Islands, prices start at £19.95.
Orders for small items* are dispatched immediately. While we aim to have them delivered to you within two to four working days, timings may be impacted by public holidays or promotional periods.
Deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take longer; please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email for live updates.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm.
Soho House members and Soho Friends receive free mainland UK delivery on small items as part of their benefits; this excludes any items from third-party suppliers.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.
*Small items include floor and table lamps, footstools, cushions and throws, tableware, and accessories
Returns
For small items, we include a DPD free returns label inside all our UK mainland orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any DPD drop off point - you can find your nearest one here.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.
For our customers outside of the UK mainland, we do not offer a free returns service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.
Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for online orders in-store.

Preorder FAQs
When will my preordered product arrive?
We aim to have your preordered product with you no later than the last day of the month listed.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation from us once your item is ready to be shipped. Our shipping partner will also contact you directly with further details on your delivery.
Can I get my preordered product any sooner?
We are unable to expedite the dispatch or delivery times for any preordered product.
If it is a preordered item, why is it now showing as out of stock?
The availability for our preordered products is limited. If an item is showing as 'Out of stock' this means that the stock quantity limit has been reached. Please leave your details with us by clicking 'Notify me' and we'll contact you once your desired item is back in stock.
Will my estimated delivery date change?
Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, dispatch dates on our preordered products may be delayed beyond the date we specified on the website at time of purchase.
We will be in touch via email if your order is affected.
Will I be charged when I place the order, or when the item is dispatched?
You will be charged for your preordered product at the time of placing your order.
Can I cancel my preordered item?
If for any reason you need to cancel your preordered item, please reach out to our Soho Support team who will be able to assist.
Please allow up to seven working days for cancellations and refunds to be processed.
