Care Instructions: Vacuum regularly on a low setting. Do not use heavy duty vacuums. Blot spills Immediately with a soft, dry cloth, spot clean with mild soap if needed; occasional professional cleaning may be required. Do not dry clean. If loose end appears, do not pull; Instead clip with scissors and tie a knot at the loose ends. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Rotate rug occasionally to equalize wear, if the rug gets wet, place it on a flat surface to dry. Store your rug by rolling, and wrap with cloth for protection. Rug pad recommended.

Delivery
If your order includes a combination of large items (such as furniture, rugs, floor lamps and chandeliers) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience.
Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.
Made-to-order and preorder items will ship as soon as they are available.
Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order or preordered item may change.
Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.
Returns

For our stocked pieces, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
Made-to-order and monogrammed items are non-returnable.
Please note, items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online.
