Care instructions: Treat any stains and splills immediately with a dry towel. Avoid wet or damp spot cleaning your mattress as this risks diluting or even removing the fire retardant qualities of the fabric. Use a mattress protector to help reduce the risk of staining. Regualr stripping down or truning down the bed each morning allows your mattress to air and breathe. Rotate and turn the mattress every three months with the seasons by following the instructions on the label.

Delivery
If your order includes a combination of large items (such as furniture, rugs, floor lamps and chandeliers) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience.
Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.
Made-to-order and preorder items will ship as soon as they are available.
Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order or preordered item may change.
Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.

For our stocked pieces, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
