We are pleased to advise that our UK shipping partners can now resume part of our unpacking and packaging removal services on large item deliveries. Our team will also be able to help with smaller assembly tasks (no tools needed), such as attaching legs to sofas and armchairs, and tops to tables.
We're also taking additional precautions by removing all 'signed for' deliveries; all our small item deliveries are now 'contactless', safeguarding both drivers and customers.
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, dispatch dates on our made-to-order and preorder products may be delayed beyond the date that we specified on the website at the time of purchase.
Our manufacturers and logistics partners are complying with COVID-19 health and safety guidelines to protect their staff and workplaces. These measures have led to a significant reduction in the size of working teams, ultimately delaying delivery into our warehouses and to our customers.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but please be assured that we are working hard to get orders out as soon as possible. We will be in touch via email if your order has been affected.
If your order includes a combination of large items (such as furniture, rugs, floor lamps and chandeliers) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience.
Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.
Made-to-order and preorder items will ship as soon as they are available.
Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order or preordered item may change.
Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.
We have now extended our returns period for Christmas. For orders placed after 1 November 2021, you'll have until 31 January 2022 to return your item to us, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
Please note, made-to-order and personalized/ monogrammed items are non-returnable.
We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. All returns must be packed with the original dispatch note. If your order is missing paperwork, or was packed into more than one box and you would like to return your whole order, please contact our Soho Support team.
We are unable to offer exchanges on any purchases. If you wish to change your item(s), you will need to return your order for a refund and a new order will be raised..
Please note: items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online. Returns in person will not be accepted at our warehouses.

When will I receive my made-to-order item?
Made-to-order items will be shipped within the timeframe that's stated on the product page. Occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order item may change.
We will be in touch via email if your order is affected.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation from us once your item is ready to be shipped. Our shipping partner will also contact you directly with further details on your delivery.
Why are your production times so long?

These measures have led to a significant reduction in the size of working teams, resulting in slightly longer than usual deliveries into our warehouses and to our customers.
What is your cancellation and returns policy for made-to-order items?
For made-to-order items, you may cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing it. After this, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the original order value. Please note, once your order is placed we're unable to make any amendments to the products you have ordered.
We recommend that you measure your space and consider access to your property ahead of ordering to ensure that we are able to deliver your item. Made-to-order products are custom-made and are therefore not eligible to be returned due to a change of mind.
Am I able to customise my made-to-order item?
Our furniture is available to order in a range of colours, finishes and sizes to help you create a tailored design. We are unable to offer any further customisation on the fabrics or the dimensions outside of what is listed on the product page.
Where can I view your made-to-order products?
Our made-to-order pieces are currently not available to view in person, however we do offer a swatch service to ensure that you're happy with your fabric selection.
