- Our velvet is crafted in a European mill dedicated exclusively to high-quality velvets. OEKO TEX compliant.
- Care instructions:
- Regularly dust with a soft brush in the direction of the pile. Read more on keeping velvet looking its best in our guide. Detailed instructions are included in your curtains' packaging. Once unpacked and hung, we recommend having your curtains lightly steamed by a professional cleaner. Leave them fully drawn to let the fabric pile relax.

Delivery
Delivery from £6.95 for UK mainland, and free on orders over £250, excluding third party and sale. For Highlands and Islands, prices start at £19.95.
Orders for small items* are dispatched immediately. While we aim to have them delivered to you within two to four working days, timings may be impacted by public holidays or promotional periods.
Deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take longer; please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email for live updates.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm.
Soho House members and Soho Friends receive free mainland UK delivery on small items as part of their benefits; this excludes any items from third-party suppliers.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.

Returns
For small items, we include a DPD free returns label inside all our UK mainland orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any DPD drop off point - you can find your nearest one here.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.
For our customers outside of the UK mainland, we do not offer a free returns service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.
Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for online orders in-store.

How to hang your curtains
Designed to adapt to your space, all our curtains can be hung using curtain rings, or directly onto a pole or track.
How do I hang my curtains with a curtain pole?
1. Simply slide your curtain pole through the slots on the header tape at the top of your curtain, and adjust to fit the width of your window
2. Knot together the cords on either side of the header tape, making sure not to cut off any excess - you'll need the surplus cord to relax your curtains for cleaning
How do I hang my curtains with a track or curtain rings?
1. Insert your hooks or rings into the relevant slots on the header tape at the top of your curtain. Please note, hooks are not provided.
2. Knot together the cords at either side of the curtain's header tape, then gently pull from one side until the curtains perfectly fit the width of your window, and have formed soft pleats.
3. Secure the pleats in position by tying an additional knot on either side of the cord, making sure not to cut off excess - you'll need the surplus cord to relax your curtains for cleaning
