The Pembroke Ultimate Stemware gift set includes four Champagne coupe glasses, four red wine glasses, four white wine glasses, and four water glasses used across all of our Houses. Crafted in Poland, Eastern European glass is known for its brilliant clarity, and our Pembroke glassware is no exception. Every single piece touches several pairs of hands during the creative process, including a master glassblower who oversees the entire production. Accented with soft, scalloped detail, this optic decoration echoes the glassware used in our first House at 40 Greek Street in London. Orders for small items* are dispatched immediately. While we aim to have them delivered to you within two to four working days, timings may be impacted by public holidays or promotional periods.
Deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take longer; please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email for live updates.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm.
Soho House members and Soho Friends receive free mainland UK delivery on small items as part of their benefits; this excludes any items from third-party suppliers.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.
*Small items include floor and table lamps, footstools, cushions and throws, tableware, and accessories
For small items, we include a DPD free returns label inside all our UK mainland orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any DPD drop off point - you can find your nearest one here.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.
For our customers outside of the UK mainland, we do not offer a free returns service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.
Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for online orders in-store.
