Standard Delivery - £6.95
All textiles (excluding large rugs), tableware and accessories are usually delivered within 5-7 working days by DPD - tracking details provided.

Next Day Delivery - £9.95
All textiles (excluding large rugs), tableware and accessories are available to be shipped next day with DPD - tracking details provided. Please order before midday to be guaranteed next working day delivery.

Larger Item Delivery - £39.95
Our delivery partners DHD will be in touch within a few days of you placing your order to arrange a delivery date that’s convenient for you. DHD will endeavour to deliver to room of choice (subject to access requirements) and take away packaging.

Weekend Delivery
We cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered on a Saturday.

If your order includes a combination of large items (furniture, upholstery, rugs, floor lamps, chandeliers and vintage) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience. Smaller items will be sent immediately while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you. You will only be charged once for delivery.

EU Shipping Charges

All large furniture pieces (Sofas, Beds, Tables etc.) Our delivery partners The British Shop will be in touch within a few days of you placing your order to arrange a delivery date that’s convenient for you. The British Shop will endeavour to deliver to room of choice (subject to access requirements) and take away packaging.

Highlands & Islands
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland, however geographical location and carrier availability may restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

Our Delivery Partners

Direct Home Delivery

We've partnered with Direct Home Delivery to offer our customers a range of delivery options for oversized items. Once your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be contacted as soon as they reach DHD's local depot to arrange a delivery time convenient for you. All goods should reach you within three weeks of being contacted to arrange delivery. Please note transit and contact times may vary depending on your location and availability to accept delivery.

Things to consider:

  • Outbound calls related to orders will usually take place between 9am and 5pm, please provide the best contact number for us to reach you on.
  • When contacted to arrange delivery, you will need to complete a pre-delivery survey, so please think about any parking restrictions and access issues.
  • You will be contacted the day before your delivery to confirm your slot and to ensure that you are still available to receive delivery.
  • You will need to sign for receipt of the product.


We have chosen to partner with a number of different couriers and the most appropriate will be used depending on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. You will be provided with tracking details and a URL to follow so that you can monitor your order's progress.

Measuring Up

Pre-delivery measuring service

We’ve partnered with DHD to offer a pre-delivery measurement service, giving you peace of mind that your new purchase will fit in your home perfectly. For £55, DHD will send a professional to advise and confirm the suitability of your order, by checking constraints such as doorways, narrow stairs, ceiling height and awkward angles. Simply ring our Customer Care team on 020 3819 8199 who will liaise with you and our partner, DHD to find a suitable time.

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your goods, contact our Customer Care team within 28 days of receipt and we will help you in every way possible. Any unwanted item, unless faulty, must be returned, undamaged and unused, in a re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels.

Returns should be addressed to Soho Home Returns, Speedpac, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Sinclair Dr, Wellingborough NN8 6UY and a tracked service must be used as Soho Home can not be liable for any lost parcels.

We do not accept any returns on items purchased at Liberty. If you are unsatisfied with your items please refer to the Liberty returns policy.

Please note that items purchased from Soho Home at Soho Farmhouse, Oxfordshire cannot be returned online.

Direct Home Delivery

For change of mind returns, we can arrange a collection of the products provided they are in original packaging, however please note that a collection fee may be charged, this will be deducted from the total value of your refund. Contact our Customer Care team for more information.

Courier Deliveries

For change of mind returns please complete the reverse of your dispatch note, detailing the reason for return and applying the returns label provided to the outside of your parcel, making sure it is wrapped and sealed securely. We recommend using the Royal Mail tracked service. Please retain your proof of postage, as Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages. Alternatively, you can choose to return your goods from a local Hermes 'Parcel Point' or arrange a home collection. Click here to choose and arrange the service you prefer. Please note this service costs £4.95.
