- How to use: Place the diffuser on a flat, stable surface away from the edge. Remove the outer and inner covers, and fill the reservoir with water. Do not exceed the maximum water level of 150ml. Add 5-7 drops of fragrance or essential oil to the water tank, and replace the inner then outer covers before switching on.

All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.
Returns
For small items, we include a DHL free returns label inside all our orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to your nearest drop off point.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.
Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
