What is the process?
1. Enquire in-store or online using our form here.
2. We will direct you to the appropriate person to handle your enquiry whom you can discuss your ideas with.
3. A quote and a CAD (Computer Aided Design) will be provided for approval, as well as delivery options and final lead times.
4. You will be given an invoice to sign including the specifications of your request as well as the above details. You can place your order either by telephone or in our Soho Home Studios.
5. Final delivery times and dates will then be arranged at your convenience.
