When will my preordered product arrive?
We aim to have your preordered product with you no later than the last day of the month listed.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation from us once your item is ready to be shipped. Our shipping partner will also contact you directly with further details on your delivery.
Can I get my preordered product any sooner?
We are unable to expedite the dispatch or delivery times for any preordered product.
If it is a preordered item, why is it now showing as out of stock?
The availability for our preordered products is limited. If an item is showing as 'Out of stock' this means that the stock quantity limit has been reached. Please leave your details with us by clicking 'Notify me' and we'll contact you once your desired item is back in stock.
Will my estimated delivery date change?
Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, dispatch dates on our preordered products may be delayed beyond the date we specified on the website at time of purchase.
We will be in touch via email if your order is affected.
Will I be charged when I place the order, or when the item is dispatched?
You will be charged for your preordered product at the time of placing your order.
Can I cancel my preordered item?
If for any reason you need to cancel your preordered item, please reach out to our Soho Support team (who will be able to assist.
Please allow up to seven working days for cancellations and refunds to be processed.

A hand-knotted wool pattern features stylised foliage and flowers in a soft colour palette.
Inspired by the designs found at Babington House, our Burgoyne rug is finished with an artisanal wash for a subtle, distressed effect. The pattern displays winding, stylised leaves and flowers in soft neutrals, pinks and mauve - a versatile design suited to both classic and modern interiors.

- Care instructions:
- Do not brush or scrub the rug. Only vacuum clean it periodically and avoid using the vacuums brush mode. If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain. Rotate occasionally to equalize wear. Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling, if thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with scissor. Periodic professional cleaning recommended.
Delivery pricing from $300 (members: $180).
We aim to deliver large items within three to four weeks of your order date. Our trusted delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a time and date convenient to you.
Please note that for any deliveries carried out by Ryder, you are legally required to sign a damage waiver before we can proceed. In these cases, your item(s) will be unpacked and assembled in the room of your choice, with the exception of lighting products.
Our delivery partner, Ryder, require 48 hours' notice to amend your scheduled delivery date. If you are not available on your pre-booked date, or if your item(s) cannot be delivered due to access requirements that were not raised during the booking process, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. We will notify you of any re-delivery fees and provide you with a payment link via email. Once paid, your delivery can be re-booked.
To organise a return for any large item(s), please contact our Soho Support team with your order number, an image of the item and your reason for return. They can then arrange a collection with our shipping partner, Ryder, on your behalf.
Our return costs vary depending on the collection address and the items being returned. For more information, please see our dedicated Returns page. The return cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Your goods must be in their original packaging (including labels, and unassembled) and in adherence with our returns policy.
For hygiene purposes, mattresses are non-returnable once the original packaging has been opened and removed.
