Follow the journey of a Soho Home rug; taking up to six months to create, each of our rugs is crafted to last. Handmade in India, our skilled artisans use traditional techniques passed down through generations

The Jensen runner is inspired by traditional 19th-century
Persian rug designs found in Soho Farmhouse. An intricate all-over
pattern and decorative border is met with rich and deep warm tones
as the perfect grounding layer for a hallway. Hand-knotted in India
from a combination of Afghan and New Zealand wool, each one takes
up to six months to craft with 41 knots per square inch.
Traditionally, hand-knotted rugs still form the highest quality
standard among all types of rugs and, depending on the type of
knot, can last for generations in the home.

- Vacuum regularly on a low setting. Blot spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth and spot clean with mild soap if necessary. Do not dry clean. Avoid placing your rug in direct sunlight. Rotate occasionally to ensure even wear, and clip any loose ends with scissors. If the rug gets wet, place it on a flat surface to dry.

Delivery
Delivery pricing from $14.95, and free over $250 excluding third party and sale.
Orders for small items are dispatched immediately. While we aim to have them delivered to you within four to eight working days, timings may be impacted by public holidays or promotional periods; please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email for live updates.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm (businesses by 4.30pm).
Soho House members and Soho Friends receive free US delivery on small items as part of their benefits; this excludes any items from third-party suppliers.
Please note that premium delivery is not available for items with embroidery.
Returns
For small items, we include a FedEx free returns label on the exterior packaging of all our US orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any FedEx drop off point - you can find your nearest one here.
Please include your original dispatch note within your return parcel. If you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order, please contact our Soho Support team.Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
