How do I track my order?
We'll send you a dispatch confirmation email with a link to track your order once it's on its way.
For small item orders (textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories) shipped with FedEx, you can also check your tracking number on their site directly here.
For large item orders (armchairs, lighting, beds, rugs, and sofas), you will be contacted by the Ryder team to schedule your delivery date once your order reaches your local depot, so our contact times will vary depending on your delivery address.
