Deliveries

If you have ordered a mixture of small and large items, they will be dispatched separately and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with further information regarding your delivery for each shipment.

Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.

Please note that made-to-order and preorder items will ship as soon as they are available and by the date displayed on your order confirmation.

If you have ordered an in-stock mattress along with a preorder or made-to-order bed, this will be held until your bed is ready to be shipped. If this is not convenient for you, please contact our Soho Support team who can assist with releasing your mattress for an earlier delivery.
